Surgical Booking Policy

The following policies have been designed to maintain an efficient surgery schedule and ensure the fair distribution of the doctor’s surgery time for all patients. We hope the policies do not cause significant inconvenience and truly appreciate your cooperation.

How much?

A non-refundable Surgery Prep-Pack Purchase of $150, cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), is required to reserve your desired surgical date. This Prep Pack Purchase is non-refundable. This pack includes all the lab tubes and other supplies required to prep for your pet's surgery. This charge will occur on the day the appointment is booked. This is required to add any surgery to our schedule. Should you cancel, no-show, or move your surgery more than the allotted one-time, you are welcome to pick up the supplies used to prep for your pet's surgery. You have until the end of business the day your surgery is scheduled to pick up the tubes and bags. At the close of the day, the tubes and bags will be discarded.

When to reserve space?

You are welcome to make your reservation for surgery on the day of your consultation or you can call back and reserve your surgical spot via phone. We do not take surgery reservations via email. The information we must share and receive is more confidential to obtain and provide via phone.

Rescheduling

Surgeries may be rescheduled up to 1 time within at 10 days period of the original surgery. If a 2nd reschedule is required, a new surgery prep-pack purchase is required and the original prep-pack will be discarded and forfeited. There are no exceptions to this.

Final Payment

Final payments must be received at the time of drop-off. We accept cash, credit, and approved financing. See Reception or Business Office for financing options.
